This wine is a deep purple colour. The nose is reminiscent of blackberry and liquorice with a cracked black pepper spice overtone. Concentrated and fabulous rich fruit flavours. Try it with rib roast, rich game dishes, goose or mature cheese. We recommend this wine is served at 16-18°C.
